“Given the price we paid, I expected more. It says parking, but that is hit and miss, with parking permits issued, but several cars in the car park without them and therefore difficulty finding a space. The room although quite well presented was very small, more of the size I would have expected for a single room, not double. It was hot weather I know, but even with a fan running all the time, the temperature was unbearable and the window had restricted opening. The hot water temperature needs……

“The room was bigger than average having a double bed, very comfy, also a 2 seater sofa, and a full sized wardrobe. Bathroom had a full sized bath, which is a big plus for me. Breakfast was continental style, very nice. Good bus links to Huddersfield Town and surrounding areas. Parking was plentiful. Just had to put your reg number in the registration screen at reception. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.”

“This is a great budget hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and it wasn’t noisy at all. I would definitely recommend the hotel if your on a budget, great night sleep. And also parking was free so win win.”

“A gem of a hotel tucked well away in it's own extensive grounds. We were upgraded to one of the 5 suites which was extremely spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful. We will definitely stay again.”
